General Terms and Conditions

• RC SIMULATIONS SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• We  will endevour to dispatch small orders the same day  subject to stock availability up-to 4-30
• Next Working Day Monday-Thursday  by carrier orders must arrive by  2-30pm
• Saturday deliverys can be arranged Tel 01179 715000).  . 
• Delivery is charged per order and not per item.
• All orders will be acknowledged  when they arrive and a shipping acknowlegment will also be issued when orders are shipped
• If goods do not arrive please advise within 28 days
• If goods are damaged on receipt please advise immediately, or within seven working days and a replacement will be sent  to you if available
• All goods are covered by manufacturers guarantees, and will be replaced or repaired .
• If goods received are found to be faulty a replacement will be sent.
• PRICES
• Prices shown may be subject to change without prior notice as occasionally they change.
• If price is different, we will consult you prior to shipment to advise and seek your approval. 
  Payment  We accept most payment methods except "American Express diners".
• Cheque, Pal Pal, American Express,Master, Visa, Debit Cards etc including, BACS are some examples
• TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• Available only to RC Simulations customers..Goods must  be purchased from RCS. 
• Help can be provided but we do make a charge for this service, Consultancy can also be provided. "Call for pricing."

• Data provided like Name, Address etc are only used for special offers etc, and only to those who have registered for this service,
